AUNT TIGRESS hits shelves Spring 2025!
Tam doesn’t want to be a monster anymore.
But when her Aunt Tigress is murdered, she is dragged — clawing — back into the beautiful and ravenous world of her girlhood.
Hi there! I’m a dog mom, board gamer, and author.
I live in sunny/snowy Calgary, at the foot of the Canadian Rockies, with my partner and fur-daughter. Frankly, most of my posts will either feature my most recent board game obsession, or my canine beauty. Sorry, not sorry.
This is Freya. She’s six this year.
She’s gorgeous and sweet and apparently an enormous coward. Seriously. Last year, she found out one of the garbage cans opened, and has been too scared to entered the bathroom since.
She unfortunately struggles with reactivity to other dogs. We’re working on it!
She loves to sing, and shares my music tastes. As a result, I haven’t been able to listen to music without her crossing the house to howl along for years. It’s a problem that makes me smile.

Writing is a formative experience for so many people, often literally. Writing forms me too. It’s more than nurturing my story babies — it’s how I explore the issues of our generation, and all the things that makes me cry, scream, giggle, and fall in love.
And that, my lovelies, is all.
